Most of the time, this is due to a poor or unstable internet connection.

Your internet connection can be at the root of many performance issues. If you’re experiencing any difficulties with your show, checking out your internet connection is a good first step.

First, test your connection at speedtest.net by clicking on "Go", wait a few seconds for the test to finish and look at the number displayed under "Upload":

• Upload below 0.4 Mbps → Your connection is not sufficient to make a show
• Upload between 0.4 and 1.5 Mbps → Select “Medium” quality
• Upload higher than 1.5 Mbps → Select “High” quality

If you’re on mobile data, switch to WiFi, or the other way around.
